Tailored Design Services

Love the Collection but want a more customized design that’s tailored for you? The Tailored option provides you that and more. It allows you to choose a design from the Collection and customize it.

Dedicated Designer: Work with a dedicated designer who will tailor the design to fit your bathroom and needs.

Custom Space Plan: We send over a guide that outlines how to measure your space in detail. You submit that to us and we use that floor plan to create a custom layout of your bathroom.  You receive a full floor plan and 3 elevation drawings outlining your bathroom layout.  A full 3D perspective drawing is also provided. We offer up to 2 revisions after the initial submittal.

Materials Selection: We offer the option to switch out up to 3 of the design elements in the original design (from the Collection). The cabinetry, tile and paint color cannot be substituted, but all of the other design elements can be (some limitations may apply).

Design + Install Guide: After a layout and any alternative selections have been approved, we create a custom install guide that provides drawings showing placement of all fixtures and finishes for your bathroom.
